A new drawing from @✨proponypal✨! Since she don’t usually post here, it’s easy to miss her new drawings ;D.
But it’s not a MLP character, it’s Flash under the influence of Poison Ivy’s flower.

P.S. Speaking of Flash and MLP... I think Flash-inspired Pinkie’s counterpart Fili-second also deserves a good sneeze ;D. I bet the drawing of her may collect more views here than original DC character (BTW, check the old The-Butch-X’s portrait of Fili-second and Blurr (https://www.deviantart.com/the-butcher-x/art/MORE-SPEED-716078310)).
