This original character doesn't have a name that I can find, but the creator is Chikuwa (https://twitter.com/chi9wa_/status/1642670097423794176). The character is suffering from hay fever.

Really nicely drawn.  She looks almost a bit perturbed looking at us post-sneeze.  Would love to translate this. ;D

The strength from this sneeze is pretty shocking.  I don't know who the character is, but I wouldn't really expect this from how she looks.  I love it when we get surprised like this!

Pretty great looking anime art I gotta admit.  They did a great job and her sneeze is so loud and big!  Super cool.

Quality art here.  Really nice looking sneeze too! Strong enough that the wind is breaking through the gaps of her fingers and cupped hands!
