These characters are from an anime/manga called Black Cover (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Clover). I don't know anything about it, so I cannot be of much help. I can say the blond haired woman is Mimosa Vermillion and the tiny dude is Asta.
This as of posting is a 3 part comic by In1earOuttheother and it features Mimosa sticking a tiny Asta in her nose, then sneezing him out. The sneeze happens on page two and there is some snotty mess on page 2 and 3. Everything is linked below and support the artist if you enjoy their traditional work.
Sometimes looking through macro comics, you can find a good sneeze, or at the very least some nice nostrils and noses.

I like their hand-drawn traditional style.

WOW! The sneeze content was pretty great. Not sure why she licked him up at the end though.

Why on earth would she think putting him in her nose is a safe spot? I am not questioning it, because the up close nose shots are awesome, as is the great sneeze, but it's such a goofy thing to do!

Wow, what a ton of detail in this comic. Lovely snot squirts as she sneezes and a decent build up. Very nice!!!

This is a huge comic! Wow. They put a lot of time and effort into it and some of those perspectives are pretty great. Good sneeze buildup and sneeze too!

I liked it up until she licked him and swallowed him back inside her. But seriously, it was pretty good overall. Good angles, expressions, lots of playing with perspective. Nice work by the artist.

The artist should get a lot of props for each individual panel and how they wee drawn out. Good sneeze and build up too! I really like that part.

This is pretty freaking sweet!! Really nice comic! I love inside nose views when someone is about to sneeze. Thankfully it's a woman too!

Wow, this is some detailed work here. Not exactly my thing, but this artist certainly has the skill and talent to make some incredible work.
