I believe these are original characters by the artist Hujikari (https://www.deviantart.com/hujikari). They are Bill Brockman and Merllitzia.  Bill is making a fire and the smoke leads to Merllitzia sneezing and sparking the fire into a roaring inferno!

0_0 it is crazy to me how this is almost 10 years old now...I remember seeing this artwork back when it was posted XD

If the MLP dragons got into equestria girls I imagine a fire happening with a sneeze.

This artwork is cute =) I like the details of her hat reacting to the sneeze and then after her hat returned. Also a sneeze is more effective and useful than the typical slow way to start a fire XD

Pretty strong sneeze.  One would think if she sneezes fire, she'd be more careful around others.

While cute, I am let down by the lack of noses.  I never understood why drawing character's without noses became so popular.  EVEN the anime nose is better than no nose.  You know how every anime nose looks exactly the same, lol.  Yes, that is preferable to none.
