I believe this pic serves sort of as a part one. And yes it does look like a lot of bubbles are coming out of her nostrils. Perhaps that’s what triggered the sneeze.

This appears to be part of a four part series that loosely ties together with her being underwater, sneezing, swimming to the surface, and sneezing again. They are really good!

The creator of her series, Dragon Ball, said a few things about her but he didn't give much lasting thoughts about her either XD As far as I remember, there was never a back story about this girl. No specific reason why she changes because of sneezes. She can't force a change to happen either besides a sneeze.
Her normal blue hair personality is kind to a fault and very naive, while her golden hair self is more aware of her surroundings and is overly aggressive. Both personalities do not think the same way either with their overall goals either. When a sneeze happens she will change whatever she was in the middle of doing. Both personalities are aware that something does happen with a sneeze but they are not aware of their own goals.

I like how they drew this comic and her character. Tied with my fav Launch sneeze drawings along with the other one this artist did.

The creator of this show recently passed away. RIP. Really a nice drawing/comic and a fitting time for it's release.

Pretty cool idea honestly. I remember another water sneeze from some anime involving a super hero pig. I think SCM has a clip of it.

Her sneeze above water doesn't seem as strong as the one underwater. I'd expect her to go in a sneezing fit with all the water she got in her nose.

I like how the first thing she does when coming out of water is not gasping for air, but sucking in air to promptly sneeze it out. ;D
