This particular drawing is no different as it has a saucy version which can be found here (https://www.deviantart.com/neo-shrek/art/I-ll-Take-Care-of-You-1026842548). This drawing features an under the weather Twilight Sparkle, complete wish some blushing and an ice pack... and this defenseless sickie is laying in a somewhat seductive pose that is being shown with the contours of her tightly wrapped blanket around her rump. Maybe no sneeze, but sickness pics have certainly been shared here before. There is some overlap in kinks for sure. Enjoy!
