That is such an anime style design.  It's weird how anime just has a way of designing and dressing characters.  Very over the top. ;D

I love the design.

Also @RainySunshine, there are crabs because she appears to be at a beach. Note the seagulls too!

Cute design on her for sure.  Decent sneeze.  Wish anime wouldn't always go to a noseless chibi design when characters sneeze.

I like the blues in the color palette and the design of her. I could imagine her being part of a show or something.

That giant bird probably caused her to freak out and fall in the water, which led to her sneezing. Cute!
