She really soaked that mask! Really cute drawing. I am not sure which panel is first, but if you go right to left, she puts on the mask to sneeze, then holds it up to blow her nose in it.
Or the other way she blows her nose in her mask, takes it off, then sneezes away from you, only to put on a different mask and wipe her nose.

I think if we read it right to left, she puts on the mask just in time for a major sneeze, then holds it up and blows into it before tossing it. She probably goes through a lot of masks.
