According to the artist who goes by the name h (https://twitter.com/eeeelog/status/1776101463833608199), this character is named Ookami Mio whole is a character from Hololive Japan, a V-tuber conglomerate of girls who have fake avatars and entertain people and make money off it. In the drawing you can see some pre-sneezy expressions, a nose poke, and a sneeze at the bottom. This is apparently a reference to this YT short which features a sneeze. Oh, okay. I can see the sneeze now. I was reading this in the wrong direction completely.  Cute video too with a good sounding sneeze in it! I think it was a real sneeze.

Interesting.  The video provided had a GREAT sounding sneeze.  Kudos to her on that real sneeze! Very wet.
