This hat wearing sneezer is named Komeiji Koishi from something called Touhou.  The artist is named Hatomehonpo. Her sneeze is very wet with lots of visible spray.

Cute find! Very nice.  I like the progression of her build up, sneeze, and the post-sneeze. ;D All anime art is literally just a giant trope by now.  It all looks the same and does the same things.

It's fine.  But honestly, all anime stuff looks the same.  You see one, you've sort of seen them all. Getting bored of this style.
