Artist, tsukino (nakajimaseiki) (https://x.com/tsuki_nonono/status/1812447140792205335), made this extremely well done animation of a Hololive V-tuber, Hakui Koyori, sneezing.  Even better, they used a real clip of the character's sneezing!  It not only sounds great, and strong, but it looks great!  If you do not hear the sound, click a source link or click the image.

Very very nice! Good sound to it and I like the visible shake due to it's loudness and strength.

Incredible sneezer! What makes it great is that that IS her real sneeze. So loud and strong.  Nice wetness.  Nice animation to go over the top of it.

Awesome! Really nice! She literally just exploded, lol!  <3  She has a cute post-sneeze recovery! Best of all with this gif is that it repeats smoothly, so it's like she is sneezing over and over like a fit!
