The artist is【skeb】ミドナのくしゃ based this comic off a story they had written. Essentially this explorer inside the giantess needs to get out, and to do so, she does her best to make her sneeze. Some poking and prodding here quickly leads to the giantess girl's nose to overflow with mucus to try and cover the irritant but it isn't enough. Another from this artist! What a strong sneeze blast! Wish we could understand what was being said because it looks interesting! Very strong sneeze and lot's of spray!

Excellent nose tickling with a great build up and a sneezy blast that doesn't disappoint. This is awesome! I like the snot/spit too. It's not too much but it fits perfectly with what we see going on here.

Interesting. I wonder if there is more to this or it is just made for sneezes. Really cool comic and the artist has some great perspective stuff going on.

Quality work by the artist. I cannot say the human designs are my favorite as I find them a bit displeasing to the eye. But they have the makings of great sneeze material here. Tickles, hitches, build up, and big sneezes!

A quality drawn comic with some good build up. She really had to fight that tickle as we literally get almost a full page of her in the pre-sneeze stage. Love it.

This artist is pretty good. They are doing a really nice job and the whole progression of this is really good. Nice build up, some decent expressions. That tickle struggle she is dealing with is great.

This art from this artist is really growing on me. They clearly have skill and they got all the statues to good sneeze art. I'm not sold on some of the expressions. I feel anime style is very limiting in many ways. But I love what they've done here. It looks great!

I am really enjoying this artist's work! I can see some mixed responses from people, but I think these are a positive direction for sneeze art. It's awesome to see sneeze content this detailed and lovingly made.

Wow, I completely missed the story before. Some of the stories posted by this creator on pixiv are very good. Even just reading them via a machine translation is quite exciting.
Another user I found with some incredible sneeze stories is this one: https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/82633111. Some of their ideas they turned into a series. Like the series about a magical smartphone app "Linksneeze" that lets you tickle anyone's nose into sneezing by entering their name in it (sort of like a Sneeze Note instead of a Death Note). Or the "It’s time to Sneeze!" series about a someone who uses a magical stopwatch to stop time, mercilessly tickle someone's nose, and then unstop time to watching them sneeze helplessly. There's even a quite elaborate fantasy choose-your-own-adventure story where every ending results in a massive sneezing fit. If you can read Japanese, or are willing to suffer through a machine translation, check 'em out.
