Source (https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/121621102) We get some new angles and some detailed facial expressions. The description roughly translates to a teenaged female student missing school due to a cold. We are shown the female sneezer letting out some massively wet cold sneezes at home. Hopefully we can get an eventual translation of the comic.

Pretty long build up to that second sneeze. Two whole panels. It seems this artist enjoys making "cover" art for their sneeze comics. It usually starts with a big sneeze!

WOW. This artist gets it. They get the sneeze details down to the final drop. Her expressions and pose when she is releasing the sneeze, how she clenches her fists, show's these sneezes really consume her whole being. They are harsh, raw, and wet.

What a sneezy blast! I like that reddening nose and nostril flaring. Very good pre-sneeze too! She was on the edge of a sneeze for quite awhile.

OK, here comes the translation: (Note: Apparently the girl is talking to a friend who has come to see her, but there is no name, just 〇〇 with the suffix "kun" which indicates it's a guy)
1) The word written above the girl just means "thumbnail".
2) "Hey, 〇〇! You’ve come here to bring me the printout? Hehhh... hehhhh..."
*itch, itch...*
3) "Uh... oh no! I’m gonna sneeze.... Hehhh... Hehhh..."
4) "Hegggisshi!"
5) "Ss-sorry! I had to sneeze! *sniff, sniff* I’m afraid there was a lot of spit flying! I’m really sorry!"

So we are in the POV of someone bringing this sick character something since they missed class. She then sneezes when we are there. Thanks for the translation @kiku!

This artist has mastered sneeze spray and has so many great components to their art. There are just some things they are quickly improving on. You can see the changes with each new post.

That pre-sneeze face really stuck on her for a bit there. That tickling sensation of her being right on the edge of a sneeze. They capture it well. Thank you for the translation as well.

I can't add much as it's all been said. But this artist might have my favorite sneeze spray and sneeze particles of any artist I know. The intensity and density of the detail on the sneezes far surpasses everything else. ;D I would even say this goes into a deeper level of sneeze fetish. A fetish for the sneeze spray itself! A sub-sect of the sneeze fetish!
