The creator is fts-sneeze. Their ai art is very common, usually of anime. They've also been known for editing anime screens to make them look like sneezes. But here is a new ai piece they made using ImageFX. It's of a young woman nurse with her finger to her nose, mask down, as she let's out a sneeze. The sneeze must have come too fast for her to cover.
