BELFORT & LUPINIt's a very cute newer French show with an English dub being worked on. It has gained a lot of attention for reasons. Belfort is the King's favorite dog, but his only issue is he cannot smell. So his best friend is a more wild dog named Lupin. I havent watched the show but I've seen snippets and it looks pretty cute. The animation is very nice too.

One of the latest episodes has Belfort sneezing. I don't know what the episode was though. That's the problem. :(

It's become known as the "gay dog show" among fans.

I do like the animation style of this show and the character designs are really cute. So expressive. :D
