This is Toothless from the Dreamworks franchise, "How To Train Your Dragon (HTTYD)." The artist here has drawn Toothless and Hiccup laying down in a dandelion filled field with Toothless sneezing due to the pollen and tickly flowers!

I think that adorable piece is actually a reference to a scene from the movie. Specifically, one of the scenes where Hiccup and Toothless were learning to fly with his gear ended with the two tumbling into a field of dandelions, which resulted in Toothless repeatedly sneezing like an excited dog from all of the tickly dandelion seeds.

You absolutely should watch the first one, at least before watching the live action remake. The remake removed a couple of details that were key to understanding some of the commands Hiccup gave Toothless in the endgame battle with the Red Death, which is one of the only things I don't like about it :-\.
