This character's name is Yor Briar (https://spy-x-family.fandom.com/wiki/Yor_Forger).  She is a character from Spy x Family (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spy_×_Family), a Japanese manga and anime.  In this scene, she lets out a sneeze, but tries to cover her sneeze by lifting her sweater. I hate to say this about people's hand drawn art, but I thought it was ai for a second. It's not. But it stinks ai takes from artist's like this and can make people confuse their art for being real or not. The drawing is awesome and extremely well done. Very talented artist.
