The female character sneezing is named Eunie (https://xenoblade.fandom.com/wiki/Eunie) and she is sneezing on Sena (https://xenoblade.fandom.com/wiki/Sena). Both are characters from Xenoblade Chronicles (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenoblade). Eunie's sneeze seems to be induced by cherry blossoms and she doesn't hold back. It's a direct wet hit on Sena. A big, wet, splattery, bullseye!

I was thinking the same thing. I know nothing about the game series, so I guess that was their design choice. It was a choice. ;D

That is a mighty sneeze load on Sena. It seems like she isn't used to it, and I am sure Eunie sneezes on her all the time. I don't think she cares who is around her.
