Okay, this is actually really well done. Clearly it wasn't just a generation and done.  This person worked on it. 

The creator is Thermidor and we got a very messy sneeze by a character named Chisa (https://wutheringwaves.fandom.com/wiki/Chisa) from "Wuthering Waves."

Well done indeed.
The shoe has saved her right hand from being splattered — if she held both shoes in her hands, the sneeze could be fully uncovered ;D.

I remember seeing IRL the uncovered sneezes with an excuse of both hands were holding the bags ;D.

Now these are straight quality.  These are the types of generated images artist's need to be worried about because to the masses, no one will know the difference.  These are amazing.

This seems like a realistic sneeze for a cartoon.  She tries to cover it but it still escapes out. Just a good sneezer all around!

I love how realistically the snot and spray flails around in this piece! I would actually go as far as to call this sneeze art! It's fabulous!

I love that too. I really hope this creator makes more, but with so many of these ai content creators, they just disappear after a few.  These are truly real good though.

This creator is putting some form of effort into these. It's obvious compared to so many others in what I would deem Ai slop.

Perhaps she was removing her shoes when the sneeze, ill-timed, struck.  The left shoe is still on her foot.
