Okay, this is actually really well done. Clearly it wasn't just a generation and done. I think we found a very talented creator here!
The creator is Thermidor. They present to us very messy double sneeze from a character named Rikka Takarada (https://gridman.fandom.com/wiki/Rikka_Takarada) from "Gridman." She is poolside and tries to hold in a sneeze (possibly knowing how snotty her sneezes are) but let's out a sneeze as wet as water as it splatters all over the place! Might need to shut down the pool to clean this mess! Of course her backside is fully present for the audience. Possibly a dream come true for many! Sneezes and a big bottom!

Anyway, the curvy body, the very lightweight swimsuit and a sneeze is a good combo. No problem to sneeze near the pool if you can wash it away the next second ;D.
P.S. Again, I remember witnessing the awesome sneeze in the pool IRL. There were no such body and swimsuit, but that girl made a very vibrant «Psssch!» with a nice echoing in the pool building <3.

WOW! Nice . . . pool! ;D This creator is a master in their craft. You would have no idea this is generated. They have to edit these heavily, they are too good.

Amazing butt! Oh, and the sneezes are fabulous as well! ;) It rides up so much. I cannot imagine that is too comfortable knowing the experience myself.

This creator is putting some form of effort into these. It's obvious compared to so many others in what I would deem Ai slop. Too bad there isn't more.

...I mean, kids friggin' wee in that water.
...The less said about all the loose chest and butt hair that washes off in there, the better.
...But, yes, this is lovely. It's probably AI touched up with Photoshop tools--no different than what I do with an A.I-generated story draft, really. Does this artist have a recognizable "fingerprint" that shows through in all his work?
