Was browsing Derpi, this popped up on my new feed. It's a cute sick Applejack sleeping. No sneezing, or even red nose, just red eyes. But it's cute anyway. Just felt like sharing. Artist is called Inurantchan (https://derpibooru.org/tags/artist-colon-inurantchan).
