Just saw this on Derpi by Eulicious (https://derpibooru.org/tags/artist-colon-eulicious)/gambler83 (http://gambler83.deviantart.com/) when searching the "ill" tag. It's a sick, red nose (yass) AJ being fed some soup by the kind Rarity. It kinda reminds me of this piece, What in the Hay (https://derpibooru.org/114600), but with the roles reversed.

They did some things nicely like the shading of Rarity's tale, but some things are off, like the faces and shape.  Thanks for sharing.
