Be free with what you want to draw. I can relate to how you feel to be honest. I have slowed down a lot...
Seriously though, the way you draw sneezes is really cool to see! One of my personal favorite ideas you have is with the nose boop hand idea or when the hands use the tissues to tease a nose into a messy release. I recently watched Soul Eater and I totally can see those hands doing that in that world to different characters in the show, offering tissues afterwords to the sneezy person.
