What?  I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you asking do you think Raccoons could be made to look like certain real life humans?  If that is your question, yah, anything can be made to have features to look like someone. You images you shared even provide evidence of that with the Simpsons' versions looking like Homer, Marge, and Lisa.
