Youtube has been full of independents creating pilots lately.  Here is a new show called, "The Art of Murder."  Released Nov 13, 2024.  It has 744,278 views.  By Choc Chip Animation Studios.

I don't know how this series can continue after the 'murder' has been solved.  Seems pretty short of a story.

I had a chance to see it.  There is certainly things a professional team would change on this.  It's well done, but the voice work does need some help.  I agree, the weakest link is the Disney Princess character.  Her voice actress needs a change or better coaching. Original music is a lot of work.  None of it was that great, but still impressive they did it.  Animation was good overall.

The biggest flag is the premise.  It's too short.  Not something you could make a series from, but maybe a mini-series.  Not sure what else you could do with this story.

A fan fiction writer's wet dream is what this is.  I know many will say it's like "Drawn Together" and it certainly has aspects of that.  But it has compelling idea . . . I guess.  Its okay.

It's probably worth a watch if you enjoy animation. :)

It was . . . okay.  Credit to all involved, there was a ton of effort and work put into this.

But really it just dragged on for me and was pretty boring.  I was not interested nor did I care about that new character that was instantly "offed" for the storyline.  How can I get invested in a character who had been around for five minutes?  To base a whole series on that seems silly.

I'm going to have to agree with a lot of what Bumble said here as well as what others have said.  You don't build and entire series off such a small premise.  You can only keep people interested for so long on a character no one cares about. Seems like a pretty short-lived series premise to me.

Who else likes the nose on the princess?

Congrats to them though.  It must be doing good as it has now reached 1.5 million.

It's okay.  It's fine.  It would make a decent mini-series of a few episodes.  Beyond that though, I don't know it's longevity or really who the niche market this is for.  It's very limited.

I watched it.  It was . . . fine.  Nothing super bad, but also nothing super great.  They did good with the animation, but some voice actors need replacements if this were to continue.  It was okay overall.  Nothing really gripped me to want to keep watching.

If they do more, I want to give it some time.  But this was pretty average to me.  If i had to choose to renew or not buy it based on this pilot, I would not buy it.
