A sneezing Spinosaurus by dinosaur artist, nogain98. Source I am sure someone will enjoy this different take on a sneeze and the placement of it's nostrils. Heck, the original Jurassic Park movie had two dinosaur sneezes in it!

That's interesting for sure! It's like it's nasal cavities are right next to its eyes!

Wow, I did not see your posts until today.  Interesting.  There appears to be snot and moisture from the sneeze expellation too. Look on its snout.
