I gave him the hairstyle of his dad, with the coloration of his mother and added a long braid to finish the hair off.
He's still an empty shell here, but now he's a colorful empty shell!

Well done on this latest installment.

Now that I had an empty shell, it was time to fill him with personality.
That's what I did during the time of the rpg.
Still not fully developed, but it's a start.
He's starting to get to where I want him...
Now he has some personality and color... but he lacks a name and details

Shiro doesn't suit him at all *plus it's so overused*
I remembered an episode of Fairly Odd Parents I watched earlier, it had this character, his last name spoke to me: Chip Skylark.
Skylark...
Skylar? no...
Skyler... Yes! but it looks incomplete... add an i in there:
Skyiler!

I then gave him his elemental powers, I had already decided that lightning was going to be his main element.
But it took me a while to think of his secondary.

Then he inherited his dad's speed but he's able to run faster than his dad, as written if he has a reason to chase you, you're not getting away
