Coyote Beast Sneeze (N)

An online comic based off Alice In Wonderland by artist BlueStoneFist.  The sneeze is on the third page linked, but I thought I would give it some context.

I think their color and shading and dark tones in this series is pretty cool overall, though maybe they could use some polish on Alice's character design and her bland expressions.  Though I am sure that is something the artist gets better with in time.  They do great with perspective changes and they major props on that. Great comic art, lots of work, and worth a look.  Here I am just singling out the sneeze.

So the coyote beast is looking for Alice by sniffing for her.

She jumps onto the coyote beast/robot's nose which causes it to sneeze and a good amount of sneeze cloud is showing.  Curious as to what happens in the next page.  The beast appears robotic in nature, interesting how is sneezes.

Pretty good.   I like how the climbing on it's nose made it sneeze!  Very nice find!  Cute too.

Sorry, I accidentally made the gender tag be female for unknown reasons.  Force of habit I guess.  I changed it to (N) for neutral.  Though it is implied male, it is a robot thing and it technically isn't male or female because of that.

That is a pretty good find.  Interesting medium and coloring.  Very moody in that night sky.

This comic gives me a similar vibe to the movie 9 or Coraline. It's darker than usual but I think it works well.

I agree that this is interesting =) The sneeze itself is odd but also it does work.

Close up panels of a sneezy nose are awesome to me and this comic has that. They didn't need to, but I'm super happy that they showed that nose close up.

I like the detail they did in this comic and how the sneeze seems to blow it's nose away from the rest of it's body like some crazy conflabbed robot!  Lol!  Nice colors and very moody.

Unusual. This is a whole re-tell of Alice in Wonderland in a western theme.  Interesting comic.  They said it is similar to the original story, but I don't remember there being coyote's sneezing in the original Alice and Wonderland book.  Good coloring though.  They're art is good but certainly could use some polishing.  Great coloring and neat shading effects.  Well done overall and a labor of love, the best kind of art.
