I really love his beard for some reason too.  Maybe it's because this pone reminds me of a real person... but in pone form?  I have no idea why.

The beard just kinda screams religious dude. Especially with his attire haha. It just suits him.

No yeah it does.  I also like how the comic didn't like, forcefully force anything on us.  It just kind of is like, yeah, Lyra's there.  I hate it when series try to do something to be risky, or just because.  It's not often you will see anything with a religion anymore, especially shown in a not negative light.  Twilight has mentioned "church" once before in the comic if I recall.

She has. I mentioned it being the second or so time it's brought up. I'm imagining this is also part of AJM's influence too. As his work also had religious stuff in the backgrounds. Like Twi having a Bible and AJ praying and saying "thank god" and "I hope to god" and stuff like that.

It is nice that it's just there. They do it right by not having it be a big deal.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! It's that cute cop!! And confirmed Officer Cuffs!! Twi's reaction in the last panel of the second comic is me right now.

So, it does seem Tree Hugger was a bit of a bad influence on Fluttershy. And damn. Fluttershy is like expert level of drug dealer here. She knows how to keep it going. Also, I'm not the only one who loved that little pouty face in the second panel right?

The second comic was also great. It seems Lyra's little motivational talking helped Twilight take the risk. And it seems to have payed off. Greg is coming back for another appearance. Looks like they're going for food maybe, coffee? Who knows. But I'm glad Twilight seems very happy, even if she was a total nervous wreck while doing it. And Starlight just walking in on her haha. Pretty funny.

Yep!  Officer Cuffs makes his first appearance.  I think this is the first time a cop that isn't that other one is the main focal point.  Cuffs still seems to be himself and wary of whats around him.  I loved that pouty face of his.  He's cute.

I was shocked Fluttershy is doing what she is doing... but she doesn't seem happy about it.  She didn't smile once.

Tree Hugger, that hippie punk!  I did laugh at her van in the background.  The hubcaps were peace symbols.

Greg!  I can see it already, all the new Tumblr followers who are younger then 15 and didn't read up on the comic will be wondering who the heck Greg is.  Too bad, because they are missing out on a cute dynamic on him and her.  I'm happy for Twi.

Would it be though? Other pony cop looks the same as him, and I think even the same color is used for them. Got the same hair and shit. But yeah, Cuffs, always so skeptical and wary. I love him, he's freaking adorable.

Well, we've been shown waaaay before that she deals in drugs in that comic that got Spike in a lot of trouble with Twilight. But your right, she doesn't seem very happy about it. Seem Tree Hugger is pulling the strings there. Or, maybe she's not dealing per say. Maybe it just grows near the Everfree Forest and TH just asks her to get her some.


I really dislike people who join a comic series late and then get all pissy and blame the artist about stuff. Like in Honestuck. People don't read the first part and get confused about jokes and stuff and say it's the artist being bad. Honestly. It's not that hard to go back and read them all, and it's fun.

Yellow may not be the best choice for a font color.   I almost missed the joke in the first strip-- Fluttershy kiestered the stash.   I'm still hoping it's not drugs as we know them... maybe some illegal magic powder or some homebrew love elixir.   Bathtub stuff brewed by an unskilled  potion  maker  that's one pinch of dragon toenail away from being a triple-strength laxative or something....
