Between the Spa-Sisters, it seems like Aloe (she's the pink one right) seems to be the brains of the operation... to some degree. In their first appearance, she was the one shown pouring the liquid on Bonbonb's windows. She was also the one to speak more harshly at Bonbon. Lotus was pretty tame and wasn't shown being as aggressive. Even in this comic, Aloe seems to be more or less the one in charge as she asks the questions like "why aren't you with the client." She also admits she called on Spike, so it wasn't Lotus.
I think poor Lotus and Bulk Biceps are living with the poor actions done by Aloe. Does anyone else agree with me?
I also noticed Isabelle made her THIRD appearance as is in line to get massaged by Spike. I guess she liked it when she hugged her a few comics back. Also some red stallion I don't know is watching the door... probably just some filler.
I think Bulk Biceps looks a bit small in this comic
.
@timmelon He does look a bit smaller than his cartoon show counterpart. They totally changed his design too, but I think his design fits. Would like to see what his whole body looks like. His wings grew in size and his muscles aren't as obvious.
Can’t help but kind of feel for the Spa Twins here. They opened up a shop specifically for spa treatments and People come flooding to Spike wherever he is and takes business away. I know Spike was bummed to not be able to do what he’s good at but at the same time, I sympathize with the others.
@Blurr I feel bad for them too. They are the legit spa business, not Bonbon's. BB is making money off of Spike's business too, and she's even handing out free samples shown here, which she has said she hates doing. She knows her business isn't the successful one, it's Spike's. And in a small market like Ponyville (we aren't led to believe its a big city) there are only going to be so many spa customers. Before Spike, the Spa Sister's business was probably the best in the area and a real treat to ponies.
