Artist Yamamoto Souichirou made this image of, Houjou (Takagi-san), from, "Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san."  I am pretty sure that is correct.  Simple picture of this character sneezing into her hand but nicely detailed.

This is the character in the anime.


Now I am wondering how old she is?  :-\

If it makes you feel better, she's grown in the manga. She's even a mom, now!

The pic with Houjou is inspired by how she sneezes in an episode/chapter of the anime/manga.
There are more sneezes from other characters throughout the episode (mostly Fs, but there are some Ms too). Here's a small part of it (2Ms and 2Fs).

It's Karakai Jouzu no Takagi san Season 2 ep 5, second half.

Really nicely drawn I must say.  I think it's cute.  Looks almost like a direct trace from the anime, minus the French braid.
