The only my concern about the detailed interior is how it will affect the framerate ;D, although I see now the performance in forests are noticeably better than two or three years ago, so, maybe the interiors are not so heavy.
Of course, I believe there are some number of users who are not satisfied by developing the non-primary parts of the game, but... maybe they are already tired to post the comments like «Where are the promised trucks, where are the tandems and where is the full support of multi-core CPUs?».

Many fans don't seem to understand this little updates help improve the overall look of the game.  They complain about wanting a realistic experience, and these changes are them doing that incrementally. I think it's a nice update and can't wait to see it implemented over time. Someday we will turn on the game and be shocked that it looks so good.

We know new trucks are coming, we know of new DLC's coming.  This is just some extra toppings on the cake.

Oh yes, I remember this 1990’s Iveco truck design.

I actually look forward to updates.  I'm always kinda let down when there isn't a new update.  This game is kinda like my zen after work.  Who would have ever thought that?

^I hope the issues with not full loading of the flatbeds will end after they optimize the loading system ;D.

It was not the case of weight limitations, they just didn’t have enough time to draw all the combinations of cargoes and trailer lengths.
UPD:
Oh, the dynamite plant ;D. This stuff is still one of the most profitable cargoes, actually, I am carrying it to Olympia right now.

Two good blog posts about cargo and cargo adjacent.  I must say though, the custom depots in these games just keep looking better and better all the time.  :)
