I'm actually pretty excited to listen to their radio and see how it immerses one into the world. I hope it isn't just an overlay, but actually fits in with the world and the sounds of the truck cabin.

I look forward to it as well. I am assuming there will not be commercials, but in the future, with the fictional brands in the game, I would include them. They would have to have a fine line though. I am not sure humor is the right way to go.

The radio is mainly for the console players who have no ability to stream music.  It is a smart move even if it isn't something we consider vital.

We still have those copy-pasted trees on the distant mountains ;D. Although, they appear to be a little wider than before.

If copy and pasted trees are my biggest complaint, I think things will be okay.

It looks nice and green to me. I wonder how far north they will go? Hopefully the whole province.

I do hope they do the whole province and I hope we get remote roads to BC's coast.  There are a few remote towns connected by road like Bella Coola.  I fear though they are only going to do half the province and not the far north.

What does give me hope is this line from the head of the BC development team.

"The southern part of the province still has some similarities to the American landscapes players may be familiar with, but further north and inland, the scenery becomes distinctly Canadian."
- Wety

It gives me hope of a full province.

They did Texas and Nordic Horizons before, so it must be not a problem to do large map expansions.
However, I am not happy the announced DLC for Turkey doesn’t include the whole country ;D.

UPD:
I like the museums with machines in working condition ;D.

I don't like how in ETS2 so many of the DLCS in ETS2 were just partial countries or areas. I had hoped they'd gotten over that practice.

Except for Turkey, they seem to have gotten over this for now.

Fingers crossed for sure. I want to go to Alaska and the Canadian territories!

That mean ETS will also be updated in a day or two.
One more very minor update — the fresh Volvo VNL is already on the title screen ;D. My current truck happens to be the WS 49X, so I can check the updated cabin materials very soon... just need to wait until morning (since it’s almost a midnight in my game now).

WOW. Well we were saying this would be a fast one. I bet Road Trip/Coaches will be soon.  I think these smaller updates are prepping for console and my guess is they want Road Trip and Coaches to ship WITH the console versions of this game from day one.
