How we supposed to know she ate spicy stuff!  Ain't no hot sauce nearby silly!... unless those are hot sauce bottles right in front of her. ;)

Yeah. She ate Takis and Hot Cheetos drenched in hot sauce, pepper, and salt, a pizza with hot sauce replacing the regular sauce w/ a lot of peppers as the toppings drenched in hot sauce.

There is a shot of milk behind all the sauces.

Evening news... five dead, dozens left homeless after a sneeze fit from hell levels a community complex.  People devastated, police and fire baffled as to what caused this horrible even.  There sneeze-ess is expected cooperate after treatment at the local hospital.

I think that would burn.  Just like I assume pouring hot sauce down my pants would burn, but I have no credible evidence backing up my theory.
