So is that the start of some backstory building?  I don't know what happened in her childhood.  Is this going to give the reader some more depth about her eventually, because it was well done.  Great framing of the issue at hand, and artistically done.  The darkness, the pressure.

I was thinking that too.  Like, I noticed recently you had been focusing on Cherry's leg.  Was she just born without it, or did something happen when she was young?

Why do they all have some mechanical things with them, except VP.

But the one in the dream, like in the black, I thought that was Viewing. So is the character in the black and stuff actually supposed to be Viewing's mom?

Her Mom dies in her hands..... I wonder why?  What happened?  It is a pretty haunting memory.  Even for me, I'm thinking of her last expression to Viewing.

They look similar, but I just assumed it was her mother.  She has one extra tuft of hair on her head over Viewing's.
