What you did here with Tails is great! I love how you did the detail of his hands reacting to the expressions you made. The expressions themselves move very well, and true to his name.  You got creative with his tails too, I can't imagining animating those things.  You didn't make it just a facial sneeze, but a true to life, whole body sneeze animation!  Really nice work @Heathen!
