Right?! XD But these are actually wax working tools, but i've learned these are marvelous to use with more simple stuff like clay and you can make such super fine details with them. Also the colorful ones are just simple dotting tools used for fingernail art, but also work well if you need to make like eye holes or when you're painting and you want that little glimmer of white in the eyes, just dp the little ball in the paint and gently do a simple dot and it's done!

I will paint my critters today! Now what should I do next...

Update! i have finished painting my creatures! These are freshly painted so i cant take more pics of them yet and unfortunately i'll be leaving home for the weekend tomorrow. Midsummer party at my moms place, but i'll be back on sunday!

I love this color scheme you painted with    The yellow really does mix well with the gray(?) horns and the blue stripes on them.  I don't know if it's just me, but their backs look comfortable to pet lol.

Also, have fun at your mother's place.  Hope it goes well

The fruit of your labor is finally here  . It's quite the journey seeing the mites turn from colourful drawings to painted clay(?) figures. Part of me would like to have one of those cute guys on a shelf, but my lazy butt would probably let dust gather on it  . Great Job, and have fun at the party!

I had a blast at the summer party, didnt go to swimming yet, i have kinda trauma from swimming in unfamiliar places so i dont like just jumping into lakes + the water definitely isnt warm enough for me yet either XD
Also I CAUGHT A WILD LIZARD!!



Been a big dream of mine to find and catch wild lizard and until today i've seen about 2 lizards over the 30years of my life, but this years i've seen 3 lizards and caught this little lady! XD But no worries, the lizard was not harmed, she didnt even get too spooked to drop her tail and i released her back to the wild near the area where i caught her ^^
Here is some information about these lizards we call Sisilisko in finnish. They're pretty common, but since they're super quick, you can rarely get a peek of one and it's even more rare to actually be able to catch one, but surely this year was my lucky summer! XD

Summer here is very hot (taking care not to eat too much ice cream  ), but it has been good so far.

Nice job!  It gets hard to paint those little transitions from fur to pincher.  The eyes are very expressive with the color too.  Great stuff!
