Lol no. It's how some of me and my friends say it. I think my friend did it once to imitate a fat person he heard once. So now we say it this way.

I used to do that too actually, lol!  I used to make this voice for a large person and pretty much stick my tongue in my mouth to obstruct any normal voice I had to sound weird and bloated.

Girls Und Panzer der Film will be releasing in ENGLISH in American theaters November 18, 2016.  Source.  Viewing will be limited to only 33 theaters, but they are in most major markets, so you will probably have one near you unless you live in the middle of nowhere.  Locations can be found here.

Here you can sample the english dubbing below.

Oh.... did I mention a new six part Girls Und Panzer project coming???  Brand new as of... this month!

Source

TEASER!!

It’s hard to say goodbye but it’s also apparently hard to produce something that’s actually final. We learned in August that after the success of the theatrical film for Girls und Panzer earlier this year that a new project is coming as Girls und Panzer: The Final Chapter. The project was kind of fuzzy at the time as to what it was but we got a teaser in September and now at a new stage event this weekend more details have come out. Well, one important detail really in that this project will be a six-part theatrical anime series with the first one set for a December 2017 debut.

If you figure that it’ll work similar to something like Digimon Adventure Tri, we’re looking at at least a year’s worth of theatrical releases if not two depending on how well they old to their schedule, something that was problematic with both the TV series and the film in making their deadlines.

So, certainly good news for the fans but it also feels like an incredibly drawn out affair to the more casual observer.

Property concept: You may have heard of kung fu, but the girls at Oarai High School practice gun-fu—really, really BIG 75mm gun-fu, in fact. It’s called Sensha-do, and it’s the martial art of operating armored tanks! They take it seriously too, and since winning the national Sensha-do championship is such a huge deal at Oarai, they sometimes go to extreme ends in order to get the best students from Panzer class to sign up. Which is how Miho Nishizumi, who HATES operating tanks, gets drafted to join doomsday-driven driver Mako, even-triggered gunner Hana, highly receptive radio operator Saori and combustible tank-fangirl and loader Yukari as the incomparable Anko Team. They may not be on the half-track to fame and fortune, and maybe a few of them would rather shop for tank tops than become tops in tanks, but once their focus is locked and loaded, they’re absolutely driven."

Yes, it is official.  6 more theatrical released of Girls Und Panzer.  It will start December 2017 it is estimated.

"The staff of the Girls und Panzer franchise announced at a stage event at the 20th Ōarai Anglerfish Festival in Ibaraki prefecture on Sunday that the Girls & Panzer Saishūshō (Girls & Panzer: The Final Chapter) anime project will be a six-part theatrical event anime. The first theatrical anime will premiere in December 2017. The cast of Anglerfish Team joined director Tsutomu Mizushima in his first appearance at the stage event on Sunday.
The Girls und Panzer der Film anime movie opened last November 21, and screenings will continue through November 21 of this year. The film shipped on DVD and Blu-ray Disc in Japan on May 27, and the release came with a new OVA that takes place after the events of the movie, as well as an episode of the "Akiyama Yukari no Sensha Kōza" (Yukari Akiyama's Tank Lecture) shorts.

Sentai Filmworks announced in September that it had licensed the film, and the company is collaborating with Eleven Arts to release the film theatrically in the United States on November 18 with an English dub."

I'm pretty excited.  I also plan to go see the movie on the big screen and see how they do it. :)  Imagine how awesome it will sound with guns blazing and those explosions from the anti-tank guns.
