I feel so horrible right now about commissions.  I have this mega awesome plan with Blurr, yet I'm being a slow timing dork, and haven't gotten anything new for the poor guy.  He's so patient, and I feel horrible about it.

To be fair it is a long series he plans on doing with you, so it's understandable things are slow. Also, you're going through real life stuff. That's more important. Don't feel horrible for attending to what matters.

But people who know me, and usually do commissions with me should know i like to have it done the day off.  I pride myself on quality and speed.  Bwwaaah!  I'm doing the opposite.

Blurr is being so awesome and supportive, but I still feel like a heel.

Whoa you do commissions on your day off? That's like, what? Your day off should be, you know, for your day off. Where you don't work and chillax. People aren't gonna yell at you because your behind because of real life, that's a total jerk thing to do. And I know probably only select few people would force you to finish despite what's going on. Don't feel bad. We understand.

Yeah, I used to do commissions on days off and after work.  I always wanted them to be done within 24hrs of getting the request.

Wow, that's crazy. Fast service, but perhaps unrealistic for you now? I don't know how much free time you're left after work, but I would say don't sweat it. Not until you're all settled with the new job and new everything.

Thanks for the support.

Uh, well, at the height of crazy with my previous job... in a 16 awake day, I was maybe given 3 to 4 hours of free time....  That included groceries, errands, driving to and from places, etc.

That's what we're here for. We support one another.

3-4 hours. Dang that's not a lot. Wait, was that like your break time, if so long break time.

That was my time after work on some days.  My breaks were 15 minutes.
