The beast lifts its head and speaks "You can stay in my cave"

Aiyame blinks, its dark so she can't see very well but "That voice... You're..." She starts and then looks up in surprise "The purple demon!?"

He nods "I didn't want to let you know at first. I thought you were going to bring me back to the cell" He said looking at her with his soft glowing red eyes.

Aiyame looks down "I wouldn't expect you to that I wouldn't. Since I was hired to kill you..." But then she looks up at him "But if you thought I was out to hurt you... Why did you save me from the ulvbear? Why not let it make an easy meal out of me?"

Yay he finally speaks!

Skyiler start talking when his muzzle twitches "Ihh... Ihhh... Ihhhh..." He huffs and sniffles and then he throws his head back inhales deeply "Hiiiih..." and then he jerks his head down "HHHAEEEH'KSSHUH!" and sneezes violently.

"Goodness, Miwa e Rih" Aiyame says a bit concerned.

I commented on DA and I'll say this here too. The panels you do each have details that make them great to see. I like the way that the lines for the teeth for each individual panel are different from each other. the shifts in how the sneeze expressions work together to show the movement Skyiler did is fun to visualize in my mind as I see this page. The use of light and dark also work together in a way that makes me think of scenes from various series.

Thank you snake and thank you for all your support over the years, Skyiler turned 20 this year, been 20 years since I created him.
So tricky to understand how he has grown as a character

"Ub... I'b dot sure" He sniffs lightly "I've been watching you since you entered the forest"

He looks down at her "I saw everything, when you encountered the ulvbear, the chase through the forest. Everything"


Then he closes his eyes and sighs "Then when you fell... I just couldn't sit by anymore and let the ulvbear kill you..."


Aiyame looks up at the feral "Thank you for saving my life Mr Purple Demon sir... I owe you one"

The big feral throws his head up glaring at her "Please don't call me that! One I'm not a demon Two I don't like formalities!" He lets out a huff releasing the tension "The name is Skyiler... Sky is fine"

Aiyame smiled up at him "Oh I'm sorry, Sky! I'm Aiyame!" She said then she puts her hands over her face as she sneezes softly.

Skyiler's eyes go from glaring to soft "We should get out of this rain" He said and Aiyame nods "Yeah that'd be nice"

[Umeko]

Skyiler lays down on the ground "Get on my back, I'll take you to my cave" He says.

Aiyame looks up at his back feeling very small thinking *Wow that's a long way up"

then she reaches up and grabs his mane.

Aiyame climbs up onto Skyiler's front leg and then onto his back.

Getting into position, then the feral turns his head "Ready?" he ask looking at her, slowly feeling his energy starting to ooze out of him.

"Ready!" the tigress smiles.

The feral got up on his legs, huffing and uses the last amount of his strength to walk home.

Slowly walking through the forest as night falls, now the whole forest is almost pitch black.

Very hard for Aiyame to see much but for Skyiler its as if it's daytime just the colors are monochrome

They went deeper and deeper into the forest, everything was pitch black except for when lightning clashes across the sky.



Skyiler felt his energy pouring out of him like the rain that's washing over him and he's panting softly, his eyelids getting heavier by the minute.



Then they walk out into a clearing, Aiyame blinks "Oh?!" she looks ahead in awe "You live here?"

[Umeko]

Ahead was a clearing, there was a lake with a huge waterfall, a meadow and a head was the cave, covered in moss and other shrubs.

When she didn't get a reply she looked at him, hearing him huff and feeling him tensing up under her "Sky, are you okay?" She asked and then she saw him tipping his head back.

She looked up at him feeling his hitching breaths "Hheeehh..." seeing his ears pinning back against his head and then he jerked his head down "HEEH'KSSSHUH!"

The tigress gently petted his shoulder "Bless you!" She smiles, Skyiler sniffs "Thags..." Shaking his head a little noticing he's getting more and more congested.



He then laid down looking back at her "Do you deed help gettig dowd?" but she shakes her head "No it's fine I can get down on my own" She giggles

Aiyame jumps down from Skyiler's back, then he stands up and shakes his fur dry "HURRR"

The tigress yelps a bit "Hey!" as she's splattered.

But finally they're out of the rain

Then he walks deep inside the cave, Aiyame following beside him.

The cave was pretty big, it had a fireplace in the middle of the room and in the far end of the cave was a pile of animal pelts.
