S4, this is so good!  I love Smiles big nasty sneeze!  Very juicy, like it had been building all day in there and needed to be blown out. Ha ha!  Icing on the cake is Darrin's cameo and cute little affection as he shows he is there for her.  They are both here for us, so it's fun to see them care for each others too.  Cute last panel too.
