Okay, so I made up the title, "Izzy MoonBOOM!"  I thought it was clever.   The comic is by Llamalauncher.  I must say I like their way of thinking.  The way to properly boop a pony on the nose is to apply pepper to your booping device, be it your hand or hoof. Press against the one being booped's nose, and she sneezes!  In this case, Izzy lets out an explosive sneeze to cartoony proportions.  I think I like the concept of this comic, but I wish we visually got to see the sneeze instead of an explosion.  Cute pre-sneeze.

Maybe this idea can start some sort of PSF sneeze meme or something?  I don't know.   Enjoy.

Keep in mind that even with that simplistic style the character’s design is based on 3D version.
2D Izzy looks much less cute.
