I know this sounds gross, but mixing hot water and apple cider vinegar together can also help a sour stomach!

Gargling apple cider vinegar also helps with sore throats and if not mistaken, mouth blisters/cold sores.

Well placebo effect would mean it would work for those that think it does. It's like when they give sugar pills to people and they recuperate like people who got the actual meds. The human brain is powerful and makes things that don't work, work.

My main point of skepticism was you saying ancient native Americans used Coca Cola medicinally. And the link you provided me didn't say anything of the sort.

Coca leaves. Not "Coca-Cola". And those are South American natives.
She had said Native Americans, and that refers to the natives that lived in North America.
I even mentioned the South American tribes.
