It is!  Even better, mix in some nice cold 1% milk.  Sorry, I don't spend money for milk flavored water in skim milk.

There is this overpriced Special K chocolate cereal that is good... when I got that free sample.  Not spending $5 bucks for a box of it though.  That is stupidly over priced.

I usually get the one with the General something lable on it. General Mills I think. Basic generic brand.
