The artist Suprii drew two character named Belfast and Enterprise from a Chinese game called, Azure Lane.  I do not know who is who, but one of them sneezes and the other proceeds to hand her jacket over to warm her up. Click to enlarge the image.

I mean it's beautifully drawn and I don;'t think it's getting the attention it deserves.  A reason for that... anime style.  I know a lot of people get numb to that here and just sort of gloss over it after awhile.  The attention to detail on the clothing is fabulous and I just wanted to point out I appreciate the work put into this.
