Parents. Because they're supposed to be. Or at least they're easier to wave off to friends.

Big sibling or little siblings?

This, that, or the over thing?!  What are you doing MIGGS!  You are shacking this game from it's very foundation!  THREE OPTIONS?

Lets go with cat.  I don't want a small dog or a BIG dog.  Medium is fine...

There's something about owning a CD that I love.

Especially if it's got awesome art work.

Digital book or physical copy?

(Just gonna bring back an old joke: it's made of "FRUSTRATIUM". XD)

Physical copy.

Being sick for a week...
or...
being sick for only a day, but with one particularly annoying symptom remaining for a month?

Oooh! Toughie. Um. Olive Garden. Red Lobsters has awesome biscuits and salads. But Olive Garden has those amazing breadsticks, delicious soups, and delicious Italian dishes. Oh so good. I still love RL's though.

Wendy's or KFC's?

KFC.   I have spoken highly of their buffet before.   (tucks into a big bowl of fried chicken gizzards while others around moan in disgust)

Push mower or riding mower?

Hmmmmm... I feel drawing art is faster. Good stories tend to take a while, even if you are a fast writer. Good artists still somehow manage to work fast, get a great piece with tons of shading and shit done in an hour or so. So yeah, art.

Um... Push ups or pull ups?
