The character who sneezes is female, I have confirmed this.  But she does not appear to be named.  Anyways, this dude is on a dinner date with this bat-pony mare (MLP:FiM) and as she enjoys her soup, she lets out a big sneeze while her mouth is full.  Mucus and soup spray everywhere.  It's well animated pixel art.  I like how she senses the sneeze and slows down eating.  She even tries to cover the sneeze but it doesn't work.   You can hear the audio in the Derpibooru or Imgur link.

This is a cool find! I think pixel art sneezing is rare in general, let alone MLP pixel art sneezing. I liked this a lot more than I expected to ^^

I'm in the same boat. Not a big pixel art guy, but I do appreciate the mastery and skill it takes. The sneeze was great!

Honestly, the detail in the pasta noodles and sneeze spray flying out and around is lovely. It takes skill to make random look natural. We are inherently not random coded.
