Happy Sneeze Appreciation day fellow PSFers! This commission was completed by dm29 of Sunset Shimmer. According to the description it is the fine-ness of the sand grains making her sneeze. She is also kinkily squeezing suntan lotion as she sneezes and it squirts out.
