Alright so, I think until up to a certain point, I am going to have this thread/topic specifically for sketches I do of this character.

The first image is what I'm thinking of changing the CM to.

Not sure if you can read the dialogue or not but:

I plan on making her one of my more "normal" characters, but the situations she gets into are what's abnormal.

Huh, that's a good gimmick. After all, in comedy you do need a "straight man" to react to all the craziness that goes on around them.

Forgive me if I've missed it somewhere, but what does her cutie mark represent?

Her CM is suppose to sort of represent hospitality.

It's a spoon of medicine with a handkerchief underneath it. However, the rework I might do (emphasis on might) makes it more like it's wrapping around the spoon more than as if the spoon is just on it.

I think she's supposed to be like a caretaker/babysitter.

But yeah, she's still in the conceptual phase, so a lot can change for her, so who knows, maybe that WILL be her sort of primary thingy!
