In the newest game of the series in order to get the best ending Shantae has some side quests to do in order to get items. One of the side quests literally has a consequence where a side guy character sneezes Really loud XD and Shantae gets an unusual item. "Shantae gets sick!" Is the thing the guy gives her XD sadly she never is shown sneezing but I can imagine her having a messy sneeze like this.
